    • Are pets allowed?

      Pets are allowed at our Serviced Residences levied at SGD 15 per day or SGD 300 per month before prevailing taxes.
    • Do I need to pay a deposit for the residence during my stay?

      A deposit is generally not required for stays less than three months at our Serviced Residences. If the stay is between three months and one year, we will be collecting a one-month deposit. If the stay is more than one year, we will be collecting a two-month deposit.
    • Do you have a washer and dryer?

      Washer and dryer are available at our Serviced Residences. For more information, you may check with our reservation agents or check the Serviced Residences page under room amenities and facilities.

      For Village Residence West Coast, season parking can be arranged for you at SGD 84 nett per month or SGD 21 nett per week.
